Vitamin-Packed Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed from The Barn’s oranges)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients: Peel and slice the banana. Hull and halve the strawberries. Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly.
- Blend: Add the banana, strawberries, spinach, Greek yoghurt, orange juice, chia seeds, and honey (if using) into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a little water or more orange juice. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
