Vitamin-Packed Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed from The Barn’s oranges)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Peel and slice the banana. Hull and halve the strawberries. Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly.
  2. Blend: Add the banana, strawberries, spinach, Greek yoghurt, orange juice, chia seeds, and honey (if using) into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a little water or more orange juice. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
