🌿 What you’ll need:
- Roasted beetroot (sliced or cut into wedges)
- Fresh berries (we love a mix of strawberries and blueberries)
- Rocket or mixed leafy greens
- Crumbled feta cheese
- Toasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
- Olive oil & balsamic vinegar (or our Barn-made vinaigrette)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
